This is the short, plain-language version of the terms for the Riffle founding beta, because that's the only kind worth reading. By using Riffle you agree to what's below. If something here doesn't sit right with you, don't use the service, and do tell us why: support@agiletask.ai. We'd rather fix it than lose you.

The service (it's a beta)
Riffle is in beta and provided as-is. You are among the first people using it, which is the whole point, and it means things will occasionally break. Features may change, move, or be removed as we learn what actually works. We work hard on reliability and take outages seriously, but during beta we can't promise any particular level of uptime.
The founding offer
There are 30 founding seats, first come, first served. Each seat is 12 months free from the day you claim it, and after that a permanent founding-member discount on the public price (public pricing is set at v1.0). A seat covers you plus up to 2 teammates, so 3 people per board.
In return we ask two simple things: that you genuinely use Riffle, and that you have one short feedback conversation with us so we can build the right thing. Seats are personal. They are not transferable and not resellable, so please don't buy or sell one on.
Your content
Your cards, throws, and data are yours. We claim no ownership of them. You grant us only the licence we need to run the service: to store, sync, and process your content (including parsing it into cards). For how that data is handled, see the Privacy page.
Acceptable use
Keep it fair, so the beta stays good for everyone in it. Please don't:
- post illegal content;
- abuse the service (circumventing rate limits, scraping other users, or attacking the infrastructure);
- resell access to Riffle.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account any time, in-app. Deletion completes within 24 hours. The details are on the Privacy page.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AgileTask OÜ's total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, which during the free beta is zero. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we'll email account holders. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Estonia, and disputes go to the Estonian courts. This is without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
